Depression and anxiety can often feel paralyzing, making everyday feel like a battle against yourself. You may find yourself avoiding activities you used to love, fighting to get out of bed each day, and having trouble engaging at work and/or at home. Over time, this can make life feeling dull and unenjoyable. I collaborate with clients to identify the ways in which depression and anxiety are holding them back, and use practical and experiential techniques to help clients address to help them reclaim their life. 

Somehow during your relationship, you have found that you and your partner have become disconnected. You feel like you’ve tried everything, but the person who you envisioned being your best friend and close confidant now feels like a roommate or stranger. Whether your relationship dynamic has suffered due to life transitions like parenting, or obstacles such as infidelity or patterns of miscommunication, I provide a safe space where both unmarried and married couples can explore key issues and build new skills to obtain the relationship desired. 

Whether life changes are planned or unplanned, they aren’t always smooth or easy to navigate. Many times transitions can come with a myriad of emotions like fear, grief, or uncertainty. Whether your transitioning into a new role at work, dealing with school related issues, navigating transitions with parenthood or marital status, or facing health challenges, I provide a safe and supportive environment to help clients with emotional processing and working together to identify the best next steps.
